Propertyend Properties does not endorse adverts or sell properties directly.
We constantly search for fraudulent adverts on the site, which are removed and passed to the police for further investigation. We have also received reports of properties advertised with unusually low sale prices. These emails provide detailed information on the property, which is often located abroad, and pressure the buyer into making a payment to secure the property for a viewing.
Please note, Propertyend Properties does not offer a facility to verify transactions, or pass on information between buyers and sellers. Propertyend Properties will not act as an intermediary or arrange or confirm payment arrangements. On some occasions, fraudulent sellers may pressure buyers into parting with all of their money before seeing the property. It is essential for you to trust the seller – and be sure the property is genuine – before parting with any money, even a small deposit.
The safest way to transfer money to a developer is via an escrow account, where it's held until project completion. Paypal is also another trusted means of online payment.
Be advised to take all the necessary legal steps during the process of your property transaction. Propertyend Properties is not responsible for any issues arising during and after the property transaction period.
At Propertyend Properties, we are dedicated to making our Site safe and secure.
